1) TRADY – October 17th
The UK hip-hop scene is growing at an incredible rate and it’s a pleasure to be able to keep you up-to-date on the latest and greatest artists.
This week, I would like to introduce you to TRADY, a rapper from Billingham, England. TRADY is part of the UK indie rap scene, which has been growing by leaps and bounds recently thanks to artists that are getting into the mainstream but not forgetting their roots.
TRADY released his debut album “October 17th” months ago after releasing several singles in recent years. The album features 13 tracks that showcase his unique style as well as his political views on society. No Mercy is our favourite but you have many others to explore.
While there are many talented rappers in the UK indie scene right now, TRADY stands out by combining catchy beats with thoughtful lyrics that tackle everything from racism to consumerism.

2) OAKLEY GRENELL – Payroll
When it comes to hip-hop, I’m a very particular listener. I tend to gravitate toward artists who can rap well and spit bars that are both clever and thought-provoking. So when I heard Payroll by OAKLEY GRENELL, I was instantly intrigued.
I’d never heard of OAKLEY GRENELL before this song, but I’m now a fan! Payroll is an anthem that has the potential to be played at clubs all over the world. It could be a soundtrack for a famous videogame too, the gaming industry is losing an opportunity here.
It’s got a commercial pop vibe but with electronic effects and a banger beat that make it stand out from other mainstream artists on the radio and indie scene. The lyrics are also great, it has some protest style but it’s hard not to feel involved in his words!
If you’re looking for some new music to add to your playlist, check out Payroll by OAKLEY GRENELL, visit his website and follow him on Spotify.

3) DIOM – I Got The Juice
Hip-Hop music is a genre that is always evolving, and it’s no surprise that the artists who make it are constantly changing as well. I discovered a new artist recently named DIOM, and I was blown away by his sound.
DIOM’s single “I Got The Juice” is super edgy, hip-hop-inspired trap music that has elements of afrobeat and rap. It’s a catchy tune with an infectious beat and one of the most unique sounds I’ve heard in a long time.
The first thing that caught my attention was DIOM’s voice. He has an incredible range that he uses to really show off what he can do as an artist. His vocals are super powerful, but they’re also expressive—you can tell he loves what he’s singing about!
The next thing I noticed about DIOM is how much passion he has for music; like me, he seems to get excited about making new sounds and learning new things about himself as an artist every day.
Often, he expresses how much he enjoys the process of discovering new ways to create music and how surprising it can be when you achieve it—and it shows in everything from his lyrics to his performances on stage and his portfolio on music streaming services
I feel like this is a track I would listen to when going for a run or working out on my own time—it makes me feel good and the beat inspires me to get things done! You can check out DIOM, visit his Twitter and follow him on Spotify.

4) LW6 – Scene
LW6 is a hip-hop artist from Ireland who has been making music for some years and developed his own signature. He’s known for his drill-style beats and aggressive lyrics that are about his life experience and society’s imperfections.
His latest single “Scene” is a perfect showcase of what LW6 is all about: fast-paced beats, hard-hitting lyrics, and an overall mood of anger and motivation at the same time. There is also Ra-Ta-Ta on his portfolio that’s actually funny, but let’s focus on Scene now.
The song opens with some ambient noise that sounds like it was recorded in an abandoned warehouse—there’s an almost eerie quality to it that sets the tone for the rest of the song. Next, the beat is something to listen to and enjoy the effect it has on our bodies, as you will start waving your head immediately.
The chorus features backing vocals by another rapper named, it’s a partnership with CP6’s, and this one worked very well—he has a deep voice that contrasts nicely with LW6’s high-pitched one.
Some listeners might find these two rappers’ voices too similar sounding together on this track; however, I think they work well together here because they complement each other well by creating contrasting moods within their verses.
If you’re looking for something new and drill-influenced, check out this song by LW6, visit his YouTube channel and follow him on Spotify. We’re sure you’ll love it!

5) ARROW SANTI – The Ca$h Tape
After a few years of listening to the same artists over and over again, I finally decided it was time to branch out and explore some new music. And I’m so glad that I did, you should too!
I found a new artist named Arrow Santi with his album, The Ca$h Tape. It’s an amazing album with some really dope beats, catchy lyrics, and even an emo rap track. It’s basically like trap chaos, in a positive way!
The album is 12 tracks long and they’re all named using money symbols. It starts off with “Tree$h Ho” which has an electronic beat and mumbles throughout the song like in many other hip-hop tracks today.
Then it moves onto “Guapane$e”, our favourite, which has more of a trap feel with a heavier beat that can really get me moving on the dance floor, it complements the voice effects by whispering some words on repeat.
There are also some slower tracks, which have a more laid-back feel but still have great lyrics about relationships or finding it, depending on how you look at it.
But then there’s also “Mo$h Pit” which has this crazy bass drop at the end of each line that just makes me want to get up on stage and perform alongside this guy! If you are looking for a trap-style full album, make sure you check Arrow Santi’s portfolio, visit his YouTube channel and follow him on Spotify.

6) PROKLAIM – Fantasy
PROKLAIM‘s single “Fantasy” is one of the most banger-worthy songs I’ve heard this week. It’s a jam that will be stuck in your head for days, and you’ll love every second of it.
The Namibian rapper has a voice like no other, and his lyrics are so strong that they make you want to get up and do something—anything! His flow is super fast but still smooth, confident, and crisp as can be.
His beats are old-school boom bap with modern flair, and when combined with his soulful hooks and rap soul verses—it’s hard not to get lost in this track.

Connor Terrones is a neo-soul artist from Denver, CO. His new album, The People We Love, is a great example of the evolution of hip-hop music in the modern era.
The album combines the best parts of electronica and jazz rap while maintaining a strong focus on soul beats. It’s got groovy tunes that are perfect for relaxing or a special and romantic moment—the kind that you can’t help but bob your head to. 9) KELLAN. – Free Girl (Ben Casey Remix)
The music of KELLAN. is a mix of dream pop, electronic, trip-hop, and future house. KELLAN’s single “Free Girl (Ben Casey Remix)” is super catchy, with a vocal dance feel that will have you dancing in your seat.
The vocals are smooth and the beats are irresistible—the perfect combination for any party playlist. The track starts out with a dreamy intro that builds into the powerful chorus. The song has an uplifting vibe that makes you want to dance along as soon as it starts playing.
KELLAN.’s music is perfect for any hip-hop dance setlist because it’s got that classic commercial pop sound everyone loves—but with a more 80s underground hip-hop and disco feel. It reminds of a proper dance battle from old-schol movies, we really loved it.
This song is so good to listen to that you do not resist pressing play again. If you’re looking for something new and unique from one of today’s hottest artists, look no further than KELLAN.! Visit his website and follow him on Spotify.
