Interview: V OF 40M Dropped Their Single PWR With Impactful Lyrics That Will Make You Think

Will Lisil 20 February 2023

If you’re a fan of gangsta rap style, then you need to check out V OF 40M. This rapper group is bringing a fresh new sound to the independent Hip-Hop scene.

I think this will be an essential song for anyone who likes rap music or is interested in Hip-Hop American culture. It’s a great example of how US-based artists are changing the game for hip-hop artists around the world!

The artistic project V of 40M is one of the first artists to bring it to North Carolina—and they’re doing it with a bang. It’s music with social impact! Their latest single, PWR, is an anthem for anyone who’s had enough of being pushed around by powerful people with little to no accountability.

The rappers’ flow is smooth and confident; they know exactly how to work the beat to complement their vocals instead of fighting them. The song is full of references to classic hip-hop, but also classic and pop culture sounds—it’ll be on your mind all day long!

The song PWR by V of 40M, which features Hippie G and 40M Tye, was produced by Arab Mxfia. The architect of “Revolutionary Rap” is back in a big way with his upcoming release song titled “PWR”.

A viral beat maker Arab Mxfia produced this anthem in addition to featuring great rappers in it, making it one of the most important anthems of the ages and a staple for an entire generation and nation.

As a follow-up to his previous releases, all of which did 50K or better respectively, the recently released artist is back home and ready to make waves in the music industry.

There have been some prominent platforms in the underground music scene that have featured V of 40M aka the “Big M” on their media, and they will stop here. In the coming weeks, there will be a lot more to share!

Exploring PWR you notice that it’s highly rooted in hip-hop music and black culture. It’s got all the elements of a great rap song: thoughtful lyrics, anthemic beats, and an overall feel-good vibe that will make you want to listen again and again until you know every word by heart!

While it might seem like a lot to take in at first listen (and maybe even a little too edgy for some), there’s no doubt that this track will grow on you quickly. As soon as you hear those first two bars, you’ll be hooked—and then before long, you’ll be singing along with every word.

But don’t take our word for it—check it out yourself! Watch their interview, visit their website or follow them on Spotify, so you can check out more projects from the artists!
